Resilience is a hot topic these days – and it’s because popular culture is just catching up to what psychologists have been studying for decades. Come find out what the University of Pennsylvania’s Applied Positive Psychology program has done with organizations, schools and armies around the world.
In this highly interactive session, you’ll learn about evidence-based competencies that lead to greater resilience and how to proactively teach skills that will boost everyone’s ability bounce back when faced with adversity.
