Resilience is a hot topic these days – and it’s because popular culture is just catching up to what psychologists have been studying for decades. Come find out what the University of Pennsylvania’s Applied Positive Psychology program has done with organizations, schools and armies around the world.
In this highly interactive session, you’ll learn about evidence-based competencies that lead to greater resilience and how to proactively teach skills that will boost everyone’s ability bounce back when faced with adversity. You will leave equipped with a resilience tool you can use yourself and share with colleagues.
With a background in the arts, marketing and leadership development, Andrew has become a passionate advocate of the Positive Psychology movement – including resilience – as a means to sustainably increase individual and organizational effectiveness. He is a certified coach and holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania's internationally renowned Master of Applied Positive Psychology program, where he is now an instructor. Andrew has been with BMO Financial Group for 10 years and is currently their Senior Advisor for Leadership Development, accountable for what the future of leadership at the bank needs to look like and how to make that vision a reality.
