This session will provide you with the keys to attracting and retaining Millennials and Gen Zs through harnessing the power of workplace flexibility, leveraging assessment tools and training to remain at the forefront of talent engagement.

Our speakers explore Millennials’ desire for flexible work arrangements and share new Canadian research on Gen Zs and how employee expectations continue towards greater mobility. You will learn current trends and challenges organizations face in creating engagement and driving mobile workplace performance.  You will gain insights into the human dynamics of distributed leadership and teamwork.
