Creating a more human experience and helping employees find meaning in their work are common aspirations among people leaders today. Most believe that it's a business imperative in the pursuit of retaining employees that are giving it their best each day.
Well-being is a lever that is often pulled to ensure employees are happy and thriving but how can we further enable wellness among our people? This session will go ‘beyond benefits’ and explore cultural shifts.
At Deloitte's, Sabrina Sdao will talk about the macro and organizational factors impacting employees’ ability to focus and ultimately perform at their 100 per cent.
Sdao will share leader-led stories of how to shift the paradigm around well-being. With her, you will look inward at how organizations and their people behave to ensure people are well, intentional, and thriving at work.
Through both presentation and a special 30-minute interactive exercise, Flipping the Orthodoxy, facilitated by Deloitte’s innovation team – Doblin – we will flip beliefs about what ‘well-being’ means in organizations today.
Attendees will walk away with a fresh perspective and must-dos to nudge people toward behaving differently in their own organizations
