Feb 11: Implications of Ontarioís new board diversity policy

Feb11event When Ontario adopted the Ontario Securities Commissionís recommendation that all publicly traded companies disclose their targets for promoting women to board and executive officer positions, eight other provinces/Territories followed suit. The move confirms what many had been saying for years: the lack of female representation in boardrooms across the country isnít fair and itís bad for business. But are these new policy changes enough?
