Join us as Michelle Phaneuf with Workplace Fairness and Brad Blaisdell with Respect Group facilitate a conversation around bullying and harassment and share how their partnership is supporting organizations to manage these issues successfully. 

Creating a psychological healthy and safe work environment is now an obligation of Alberta employers under the Occupational Health and Safety Act that was updated in June 2018.  Join in the discussion and find answers to the following;

  • What is the risk and cost of bullying and harassment?
  • How can we respond effectively as an organization and as individuals in an organization? 
  • What is the bystander effect and how can we overcome it?

Michelle and Brad will provide relevant information on bullying/harassment and psychological safety and share their experiences with successful interventions.
