A variety of forces are coming together to make cultural alignment a priority for most companies. It is no longer just a “nice-to-have.” Leaving your culture on cruise control is a recipe for stagnation and decline. By getting deeper into howcultures work, and by pushing the emotional connections, companies can actively manage their culture to drive critical business outcomes. Through years of experience advising clients on improving workplace culture, combined with Deloitte analysis of corporate cultures and leading-edge research from academic think tanks, Neil will explore some practical approaches leaders can use to help change their companies from the inside-out.
